We’re a small global technology start-up set to take on the world
We sell into the big end of town. We’re set to really shake up the way enterprises approach customer experience transformation for the digital world.
We have offices in Auckland, NZ and Sydney, Australia and we also plan to roll out into Asia and the US in 2017. Because we’ve built the company to be global from day one – if you’ve got talent, we are happy for you to work from anywhere. We’re always on the lookout for talented developers, solution architects, technical project managers, marketing automation managers and analysts.
We are growing really fast so we have lots of job openings. You’ll be working with an awesome team, a legendary board of directors, A-list clients that any company would drool over – already! We’ve got an impressive vision – and we are well-funded to attain that vision.
We want to work with friends who want to:
Do awesome work
Our customers rely on us to solve tough problems with our cohesive approach and unique technology. When we nail solutions for them, it pays off in a big way – and they love us for it. Being good at what we do takes effort, skill, and perseverance. In short, it takes people capable of doing awesome work.
Be great team members
We believe that the team unit is everything. Well-honed teams are the foundation of everything we do, whether it’s internal to Fulcrum or with our customers and partners. The collective wisdom gained from hyper-collaboration is the core ingredient in how we do such great work for our customers.
These days the world changes at light speed. If we want to impact it the way we believe we can, we need to push the bar higher and higher. Yes, we have done incredibly well for a new start-up – but that is only the beginning. We want people who share our ideals and strive to push themselves, the company, and our clients to achieve outsized results.
Let’s go big
We see our work as a global play. It’s going to be a hell of a ride. Probably both exhilarating and terrifying! People around here get that. They want to be part of building something meaningful on a global scale. The question is, do you have what it takes? You’re going to need big ideas, big effort and big belief.
